ADOPTION OF THE COOK COUNTY Resolution AND Annual

Appropriation Bill FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004, as amended

ITEM #6

Approve and adopt the Resolution and Annual Appropriation Bill for Fiscal Year 2004, as amended in all its component parts including:

· Budget Resolution

· Appropriations for General Fund purposes for the Corporate Fund

· Appropriations for General Fund purposes for the Public Safety Fund

· Appropriations for General Fund purposes for the Health Fund

· Special Purpose Funds

· Appendix “A”, including Section 1 – Position Classification and Compensation Salary Schedules and Section 2 – Leave of Absence Policies

· Capital Improvement Program.

Motion that the vote by which the Resolution and Annual Appropriation Bill for Fiscal Year 2004 was adopted, be reconsidered.
